  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options at checkout. Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days)

  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days)

These timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address

  • Shipping method selected

  • Package weight and size

Promotional free-shipping offers apply only when explicitly stated.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to begin populating after shipment.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

  • If the order is delivered to the wrong address due to customer error, we are not responsible for retrieving or replacing the package.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, All in One PHX is no longer responsible.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please:

  1. Contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

  2. Email us at support@[yourdomain].com so we can assist where possible.

We may request photos, videos, or documentation to support claims.

7. International Shipping

If you offer it — otherwise I can remove this section.

We ship internationally to select countries.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
Delivery times may vary significantly depending on destination country.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (for certain carriers)

  • Countries restricted by U.S. law

  • Areas with ongoing carrier service interruptions

Oversized or restricted items may have additional limitations.

9. Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order is submitted and processing has begun, it cannot be canceled or modified.
