Refund policy
1. Scope
All purchases made on allinonephx.com (the “Site”) are final. By placing an order, you agree that your purchase is subject to this “All Sales Final” policy. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any item once the order is confirmed and payment is processed.
2. Shipping & Handling
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our written confirmation. If a replacement is issued, we may cover shipping of the replacement or ask you to cover shipping of the return.
3. Store Credit
If we issue store credit, it will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and must be used on the Site. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Cancellation / Order Changes
Once an order is placed and payment processed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled or modified. Please ensure you review your order carefully before submission.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges as a matter of policy under “All Sales Final.” If you wish to purchase a different size, color, or style, you must place a new order.
6. Pre-Order / Limited / One-of-a-Kind Items
For pre-orders, limited-edition drops, or one-of-a-kind items (common in designer / streetwear / vintage inventory), the “All Sales Final” policy applies with no exceptions—unless a material defect or misdescription as specified in Section 2.
7. Fraudulent / Unauthorized Returns
Any attempt to return an item that has not been purchased from the Site, or that has been altered/damaged beyond usage, will be rejected. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer abusing this policy.
8. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to this policy shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona (or another venue if otherwise disclosed). If part of this policy is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
