1. Use of Site
You must be 18+ to buy. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products & Pricing
We may change products, specs, and prices at any time. Prices exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated. Obvious errors may be corrected and orders canceled or refunded.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are offers to buy. We may accept, refuse, or limit quantities. Payment is due at checkout via approved methods. Billing and shipping info must be accurate.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
We ship to the address you provide. Delivery dates are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession. Inspect packages on arrival and report issues within 48 hours.
5. Returns & Refunds
Return window: [e.g., 30 days] from delivery for unused items in original packaging, unless noted “final sale.” You’re responsible for return shipping unless we made a mistake or the item is defective. To start a return, contact support@allinonephx.com with order number and photos if applicable. Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply if provided. Otherwise, products and services are offered “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
7. Promotions, Gift Cards & Subscriptions
Promotions and discount codes have stated terms and may change or end at any time. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. If you purchase a subscription, charges recur until canceled per the plan’s terms.
8. User Content & Reviews
If you submit reviews, photos, or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display them in connection with the site and our marketing. Do not post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
9. Acceptable Use
No scraping, reverse engineering, interfering with security, or using the site for unlawful purposes.
10. Intellectual Property
All site content, trademarks, and designs are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by Arizona law. Venue is in state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
